Returns Policy

GRAYTON WATCHES

If you would like to return your order for any kind of reason, you are able to do it within 30 days after receiving your order. Every Grayton watches can be returned or exchanged, even customized watches.

Before shipping your return/exchange, please contact us on our returns email boutiquewatchshop@btinternet.com quoting your original order reference and the reason for your return / exchange request.
If you do not contact us before returning your watch, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange.

The return/exchange item(s) should be in its original condition, including all original boxes, original tags and protections attached and never worn. You may exchange an item only one time.

Other Watches sold by The Boutique Watch Shop

For other watches purchased from the Boutique Watch Shop we offer a 30 day return policy within the UK and Ireland. If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can send back for a refund within the returns window.

Watches shipped to EU countries other then the UK and Ireland are sold without a return facility.

To take advantage of the UK and Ireland returns policy, first of all you need to obtain a returns number and form from us, please email us on boutiquewatchshop@btinternet.com requesting a returns number prior to returning any item. Items received without a returns number will not be processed.

Please make sure that the item(s) are in the same condition in which you received them. Please also make sure that you include all extra’s, such as the box, warranties and instructions.Once we receive your item back, our returns team will check everything to make sure that you qualify for a refund. We aim to process refunds as soon as possible and we will contact you by email to let you know when this has been processed. We aim to process most refunds on the day that we receive your item(s) back, however, please allow up to 14 days for the payment to go back to your account. It rarely takes this long, but things such as bank delays can sometimes cause this.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your item(s), such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is to make sure that your item is insured. Please be aware that customers are responsible for their return postage costs.  

Once your item has been checked, we will refund the sum due for the returned product to your original payment method. If you paid extra to upgrade your shipping method (for instance an upgraded courier service) then this amount is not refunded.

Please fill in the returns form supplied by us that states your order details when returning your item(s).

We do not process exchanges, if you wish to exchange your purchase for another item, please request a full refund and place an order for your desired item.
